"Couple years ago, a very good friend and I were discussing our home & auto insurance cost. His comments had me thinking why not check it out!!! It didn’t take me but one day to contact Chris Lerchen State Farm agency in Sparta, Michigan to set up an appointment. I reside in Grand Rapids and could have shopped closer to home for a State Farm office but once I met with agent, Danielle Magoon, I decided right there in her office to switch over to State Farm. Not going name the former company but I was with them over 25 years and had little contact with them. My error in not shopping sooner. No regrets whatsoever."

"I would rate them higher if I could. I’ve had nothing but EXCELLENT service from them. They are always responsive and on top of my needs and I go thru a lot of vehicles.
